ALCIE ASSET MAINTENANCE SUITE

ALCiE Asset Maintenance is designed to service the needs of companies managing assets, i.e. facilities and equipment, that require regular and preventive maintenance. This suite also addresses the need for emergency maintenance requests.

Periodic and preventive maintenance is scheduled via work orders that are automatically generated for the assets. These work orders can be for both internal and external services.

Using pre-defined bills for materials and tools associated with each asset, maintenance work can be completed more efficiently.

Materials required in maintenance work can be resevred from on-hand inventory or otherwise purchased in advance.

By retaining the history of all maintenance work, ALCiE Asset Maintenance serves as an important source of additional / complementary information on company assets.
